Cancellation and late return

Clear rules for cancellations and late returns

Before you submit a request, review the timing below so your rental stays predictable.

Cancellation terms

  • Up to 24 hours before pickup: cancellation is allowed without a late fee.
  • Less than 24 hours before pickup: a cancellation fee may apply.
  • No-show: if you do not arrive for the pickup time, a cancellation fee may apply.
  • Changes to the pickup time: subject to zone availability and confirmation by our team.

Late-return fees

  • Late return without notice: additional charges may be applied for the extra time.
  • Late return with notice: we may adjust the rental end if the next booking allows it.
  • Vehicle condition: if the vehicle is returned with damage beyond normal wear, extra costs may be charged.
