Consumer short-term vehicle rental/car-sharing: For consumer-facing short-term vehicle rental/car-sharing offered through distance/online channels, the Provider’s identifying information and required contract/service details are made available to you before/at contracting in accordance with On Consumer Rights Protection.

2. Scope and booking rules

brimlyst.com provides car rental/booking services through this website. Availability, categories, and estimated schedules are shown for informational purposes. We cannot guarantee that any specific vehicle or time slot will be available at the moment you attempt to book until your booking is accepted.

3. Pricing, fees, and disclosures

Prices shown on the website are estimates and may depend on the selected vehicle, dates/times, rental duration, and any add-ons. Any deposit, refundable amount, late return fees, damage charges, and other fees will be disclosed on the booking page or in the booking confirmation for your selected arrangement.

Taxes and service charges: Where applicable, the total price you pay is shown at checkout/booking confirmation.

4. Eligibility (driver age and license)

To rent a vehicle, you must meet the eligibility requirements shown at the time of booking, including minimum driver age and possession of a valid driving license. You are responsible for ensuring that all drivers associated with the booking meet these requirements.

5. Payment and cancellation

Payment is processed in accordance with the instructions provided during booking. Cancellation and change rules (including any refund or non-refundable amounts) depend on the product/plan you select and will be stated on the booking page and confirmation.

If you cancel, refund eligibility will be assessed based on the cancellation timing and the terms applicable to your chosen arrangement.

6. Liability and limitations

To the maximum extent permitted by law, brimlyst.com is not responsible for losses resulting from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the vehicle, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Vehicle condition and use: You must use the vehicle in compliance with applicable law and instructions, and you must return it in the condition described at handover, considering normal wear and tear.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable mandatory law.
